Rich Brown

I’m Rich Brown, a London based UX and product director with a big dollop of digital marketing. I also started the e-commerce business La Menagerie.

I have managed and designed iOS apps, Android apps, a tvOS app and a ton of responsive websites. I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing people in tech giants, corporate venture building, startups and agencies across all types of industries, from consumer tech to e-commerce to financial services and multinationals.

Capabilities and Methodologies:

I’m a Lean and Agile advocate, and go deep into user needs to get the root of users’ goals before putting pen to paper. I’m highly analytical, and work across the entire product lifecycle, from crafting the idea to designing the feature to through to implementation and iteration.

I am a creative thinker who can ensure great customer experience through data-driven insights, with proven experience defining, driving, and shipping products or services through multiple ship cycles in fast paced environments. I work with data science, engineering and design teams to develop innovative features that meet real customer needs.

I’m precise, personable and really care – right down to the detail. The customer always comes first.

Over a decade’s experience with user testing and research, wireframing, sketching & high fidelity prototyping, product management.
