Untap.it was a free tool available to all that opened up professional quality personal development to the world, backed by Sir Richard Branson. The goal was to enable anyone to discover their potential, their strengths, and give them the knowledge they need to improve. More on untap.it

I ran the whole product development and UX process, from initial needs-finding through to developing personas, full wireframes then overseeing design and running the build with an Agile process, and follow up user testing. Working with a leading psychometrician, Justin McNamara, and the untap.it team, the task was to take a big ambition and turn it into a tangible product that packed a lot of information into a simple process that gave people a useful output. This is the result.

Processes used:

– Needs-finding (focus groups and one on one meetings, desk research).
– Personas
– User flow design and site mapping
– Wireframes
– Management of the design
– Agile build, run through JIRA
– Follow up user testing
